Kocyigit & Falconer Wind Stress

Use EFDC_Explorer (EE) and EFDC+ to demonstrate that impacts of surface wind stress calculated EFDC+ are reasonable based on analytic results and comparison to other models. An EFDC model was built to replicate examples from a paper by Kocyigit & Falconer (2004). Although the EFDC model uses slightly different wind speeds than the paper (perhaps due to anemometer height) the drag coefficients and standard air properties and pressure EFDC stresses match the theory. For two surface stress conditions; 0.1 N/m2 (wind speed = 8.2 m/s with Hersbach) and 0.325 N/m2 (wind speed = 12.8 m/s with Hersbach)
