In addition to the faster turnaround time for questions, Gold support also includes 100 hours per year of model-specific consultation time with DSI engineers. The 100 hours can be used on one project or used across different projects during the year. Additionally, the hours can be used to customize the EFDC+ code for specific project needs. Our EE Modeling System experts can quickly and efficiently identify modeling errors and make recommendations to increase your model accuracy and success.

Silver support is for our Business Tier customers. It includes all Essentials support and also includes priority treatment of questions submitted through our email system. Business Users can expect responses within 1-2 business days. In addition to the faster turnaround time for questions, Silver support also includes 16 hours per year of model-specific consultation time with a DSI engineer. The hours can be used on one project or used across different projects during the year. Essential support provides all users of our Demo and Individual EEMS with direct access to submit help requests, potential bugs, and general inquiries to our support team through help page. Users can expect responses to questions within 3-4 business days, sooner when possible. Essential support will be by your side if you experience any issues with the software itself. However, Essential support does not cover any model-specific questions or consultations on your project.

Bronze support includes all Essentials support, but also includes priority treatment of questions submitted through our email system. Professional Users can expect responses within 1-3 business days.
